Lance Dunn is a senior-year business management major with a minor in psychology. With a background in small business development, and start ups, Lance will be heading daily operations and representation in external business matters, partnerships, and investor relations. Lance also has a background in lecturing college classes in Web Design, Time Management, and Small Business Management. Lance was featured on LinkedIn's YouTube channel in a series called 'role models', for his work in his other business, which you can check out here:

Darren Melville is a senior-year biochemistry major. With a history in gene knockouts and transfers in Arabodopsis Thaliana, Darren has a strong foundation  in biochemical and genetic research. He will be heading the research and development efforts at Boss Moss. Darren is currently working on a publication in protein crystallography with Whitworth University and has a background in leading students in a laboratory and classroom setting. Darren is focused on advancing Boss Moss towards becoming the leader in arsenic purification. 

Ty Patterson is a senior-year biochemistry major with a strong foundation in biochemical research focusing on enzyme therapeutics, currently working on the research and development efforts at Boss Moss. With hands-on experience in laboratory settings, a strong understanding of molecular biology and a background in math studies, Ty is focused on translating cutting-edge scientific discoveries into innovative biotech solutions.
